Measurements are provided on each product page, allowing you to easily visualize fit by comparing them to your own clothes.

Measurements shown in our store are taken from a sample of each item and size. Depending on the item’s construction or condition, our measurements may differ slightly from the fabric type or condition you receive. Please be aware of this in advance.

Product images are displayed as close to the actual product color as possible. If the color name is the same, please check the image page for color variation.
Please note that colors on models, banners, and product pages may vary due to factors such as shooting location, lighting, and other conditions.
*Colors may also be affected by your monitor settings or smartphone screen protector. Please keep this in mind.

If you use the “restock notification” feature on a product page, you will receive an automatic email notification at your registered email address when the product becomes available for purchase. Please click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page and register your email address.
*Please note that the automatic notification function does not guarantee your purchase, as it does not reserve stock for you.

All our products are sold through authorized distributors. *We do not sell non-standard or used products.

We carry products from various brands, and sizing or size ranges may differ depending on the brand. Even if two items are labeled the same size (e.g., “S”), the actual fit can vary from brand to brand. Please be sure to check the size chart on each product page before making your purchase.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse via FedEx and delivered directly to your country.

Most shipments to select regions arrive within approximately five business days. However, delivery may take longer in some cases due to customs processing. While customs decisions are beyond our control, we work closely with FedEx and will provide full support if any delays occur.

Returns and Exchanges

IMPORTANT
To make your return valid, you must notify us of your intention before shipping the item back. Failure to do so risks losing the items, and your return will not be accepted (packages returned to us without prior notification will not be accepted and will be sent back to you). Any costs incurred due to failure to follow the return instructions provided will be deducted from your refund or credit amount.

Return Policy
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within a specified period after receiving your order.
Items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped back within a certain timeframe after (i) receiving your order and (ii) confirming the return/exchange request.
All returned items must be in new and original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.
Items purchased on discount are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless allowed by a specific campaign.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (underwear, socks, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange even if unopened.
Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.
If your final purchase amount falls below the free shipping threshold after returning a product, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund. However, if you choose to be refunded via store credit or voucher, we will not deduct the original shipping cost.
You will be responsible for all costs related to the return/exchange, including return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

How to Return/Exchange

  1. Initiate the return/exchange Within the specified period after receiving your order, send a return/exchange request to customer service via the Contact page or live chat with the following information:
    • For returns: Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return. We will contact you with return instructions.
    • For exchanges: Please provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the model/size of the item you want in exchange.
  2. Choose a shipping method
    Use any courier service that provides tracking and signature to send the package back to customer service’s address within the designated timeframe.
    On the air waybill, please include your invoice number and note “Return goods for return to origin.”
    All costs related to the return/exchange shall be borne by you. If you prefer, we can also arrange a return shipping label and pick up the package for you, and we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund amount.
  3. Pack the items
    Pack your items along with the invoice into a bag or box.
  4. Send return tracking number
    Prepare a photo or scanned copy of the return invoice/receipt and send the tracking number to customer service.
  5. Refund process
    You can choose to receive your refund in the original payment form or as store credit/voucher.
    Once your returned item is received, your refund will be initiated within a standard processing period.
    Refunds to the original payment form may take additional business days to appear on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If you do not receive your refund after a reasonable period, please contact customer service via the Contact page or live chat.

For exchanges, you must first return the item you wish to exchange and then place a new order for the desired product.
